Arrow Follies, our spray rose no longer in production.

11 Jun 2013

We would like to update you on some varieties we have pulled out of production as well as others that we have reduced production of in order to make way for new planting. Tambuzi is constantly striving to improve varieties and in order to stay innovative we must change our various products and constantly upgrade our collection to meet the ever increasing standards of our customers.
As of May, 2013, the following Tambuzi varieties are no longer in production:
Nicolas Hulot.  Look to Tolouse Lautrec and Rio de Janeiro in our yellow collection for similar styles.
Vesuvius has been pulled out, but Alan Souchon or Greffe de Vie are nice alternatives.
Pink Eudora has been pulled out.
Sunny Eudora has been pulled out.
Straight Eudora has been pulled out.
Arrow Follies spray has been pulled out.
The Jessica spray has been pulled out.

The following varieties have either been reduced or we intend to plant more:
Creamy Eden – we are making room for new plantings and so this will be out until Christmas.
Vitality – we anticipate a slight decrease in our production of this rose but we have White O’Hara and White Perfumella for good alternatives.
Pink O’Hara – we anticipate a slight decrease in this but we have some young plants coming into production to boost numbers soon.
Paul Ricard – we will have a 50% drop but we have more options in the same color and are increasing plantings. We hope to have a boost in stock  by Christmas.
Honore de Balzac – will have a 30% drop but we have options in other pale pinks.
English Miss – will have a slight drop but we have young plants coming into production soon.

In the meantime, Tambuzi will keep you posted on the new varieties we intend to plant and we shall send out samples in preparation for the new season.
